国立国会図書館のデジタル化資料の公開システムが4月以降変更されたため、３月以前の内容と変わってしまった部分があるのでそれを照合した。3月までは全378枚の画像（3枚続なので作品数は１２５作品で重複が2点ある）であったが、現在は全５１９枚の画像（作品数は172作品で重複が2点）となっており、141枚（作品数としては４７作品）増加している。そして、その47作品がすべて、インターネット上では閲覧制限がかかっており、見ることができない。 国会図書館に問い合わせた所、「新システムへの移行に伴い、インターネットに公開できない画像が追加され、作品点数が519点に増加いたしました。著作権等の問題から、インターネットに公開できない画像ついては、個別に閲覧制限をかけるようにしております。」ということである。著作権の問題であるならいたしかたないので、時間のたつのをまつことにしようか。国会図書館に赴けば見ることはできるそうだが、ホームページにのせるのは難しそうだ。 画像が無くても資料としてはまとめておきたいので、何らかのページを作ってタイトルと作者くらいは一覧できるようにしようと思う。

Thank you. All the works which you can watch on this website are the digital data which received an offer from the public organization,for example National Diet Library Japan. Therefore this way is natural and I think that it may be said that it is covered with a tax.
I think that there are a lot of people who feel unpleasant when they see this work. It must be said that why I show this work.
As for that I could say something, the picture which deeply include war propaganda took part to lead public opinion in the war time. We must learn the history.
